How do I update my credit card details?

Step 1

Log into your account portal at https://myaccount.fibremax.com.au/ and enter your username and password.

Step 2

Tap on the “Finance Details” tab.

Step 3

Tap on “Payment“.

Step 4

Tap “Edit“.

Step 5

Edit your credit card number.

Read the Direct Debit Authorisation Form.

Step 6

Edit expiratory year.

Step 7

Edit expiratory month.

Step 8

Edit CVV.

Step 9

Tap on “Save“

Step 10

You will receive a confirmation notification.

DONE!
